Get to know Natalia

I grew up in Ukraine and moved to Canada with my family over twenty years ago. Since then, I have moved 15 times between two countries, buying our first home, buying a bigger home, moving to a better school district for the kids, going through divorce and downsizing.

Recently, I did it all over again. After a decade of servicing my clients in Central Toronto and the York Region, I moved my life and business to the Hamilton area to be close to my family and my baby grandson.

I understand your family's growing pains, needs and desires. My daughter and her partner had to move to a bigger home to start a family and accommodate their need for more space.

They recently welcomed their first child and are going through a huge life transition. With the baby’s essentials, toys and playpens taking over the space, they can’t imagine doing it living in their small two-bedroom starter home.

Family is the backbone and foundation of our lives. As a proud mom of two and now a grandmother, I understand the importance of family first.

Whether it was buying a first home, needing to upsize, moving to a better school district, going through divorce and downsizing…I’ve been there.

Helping my clients move and doing it so many times myself, I empathize deeply and understand what you're going through.

I relate to your emotions and visions when searching for your new home: birthdays, holiday get-togethers, new babies and beautiful memories will be celebrated there. That’s why helping families is personal to me.

I love my work and treat my clients like family. Their pain is my pain; their move is my move. It's a great honor to be a part of their journey.
